At GG Apparel, we stand by our gear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ve got your back.
Returns & Exchanges
- Timeframe: You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
- Condition: Items must be unwashed, and in original condition.
- Final Sale Items: Clearance and limited-edition drops are non-returnable.
- Right to Decline: Returns that do not meet our condition standards may be denied at our discretion.
How to Start a Return
- Email greatgameapparel@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll send you a return authorization and instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable method.
Refunds & Processing
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting your return.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Exchanges will be processed once we receive the original item.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, hit us up at greatgameapparel@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right—on us.
