At GG Apparel, we make sure your gear gets to you as smoothly as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing & Shipping Times

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days after processing.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery.
  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery.

International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned as we expand!

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • GG Apparel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped.
  • If your package is lost or stolen, please file a claim with the carrier.
  • If your package is marked as "delivered" but you haven’t received it, allow 24 hours before reaching out to the carrier.

Address Errors

  • Make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
